Simple Stir Fried Chinese Noodles Recipe Using Instant Noodles

I am sure we all remember the ad for the noodles saying ''ready in two minutes''. I love the taste and flavour of noodles and also how quickly you can make. It's just fill you up when you feel you hungry. I used to make noodles in the usual way. Boil everything for 2-3 minutes and voila you are done. I am noodles lover. But Since last few years, I was bored of that usual method, Which is soupy and kind of boiled textured. So I tried that simple stir fry Chinese noodle recipe which is easy to cook and ready in 15 minutes. It's so healthy and filling that if you eat a bowl you don't need to have dinner. 
You can do variation as much as you want. You can add any vegetable of your choice. Even you can add fish, beef or lamb strips.


Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cut it into strips (I have used burger patty and cut it into cubes)
  • Three garlic cloves or 2 tablespoon of garlic paste if you're using chicken strips otherwise you can skip it  
  • Vegetables of your choice. I have used stir fry veggie box from supermarket. Which was already chopped 
  • 2 Teaspoons soy sauce. You can skip if you are allergic to it
  • 2 Eggs 
  • 2 Packs of instant noodles of any flavour 
  • Half cup cooking oil 
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red chilli optional
  • One medium sized Onion
Method: 
  • Chopped onions and the vegetables you have
  • Cut chicken into strips and keep it aside
  • In the meanwhile boil noodles as instructed on the pack and don't add the spice sachets provided in the pack
  • Beat 2 eggs and add some salt and chilli powder 
  • Put 2 tablespoon of oil in the pan and put those beaten eggs and and keep stirring with spoon to scramble them
  • When it's ready keep take it out in the plate 
  • Add remaining oil and add chicken strips
  • Add garlic paste or crushed garlic and cook it until fully cooked.
  • After that add all Vegetables and fry Cook until they are not soft but change colour
  • Add noodles stir fry 
  • Add cooked eggs, soy sauce, spice sachets from noodle packs, salt and pepper. Toss everything together
  • 1....2....3 Done 

Enjoy hot bowl of your fried noodles.
